Lily works with a wide and varied range of clients to suit their individual goals. Whether you’ve never set foot in a gym before and are very apprehensive or want to work on something more specific like body building, she’ll be happy to chat to you and adapt your training to your specific needs.
Lily particularly likes working on clients strength and conditioning, working up to using a mix of weights and high intensity exercise to help strip body fat.
It is, of course, a very individual process and she enjoys working with people to decide which method of training will work for you.
One to one training is recommended if you have a specific goal or area you want to work on but she also offers duo sessions if you want to work out with a friend or even small group sessions.
Lily usually trains from a gym in South West London but also offers home visits or online sessions.
Workout plans can be provided for days in between training sessions or for when clients are away.

Lily qualified as a level 3 personal trainer in 2005 whilst she was show jumping internationally.
Since then she has worked in the UK and Australia helping clients achieve their individual goals in South West London and Suffolk.
