Lily loves working with expectant mums all the way through their pregnancy to get them strong for birth and help alleviate any back pains and correct postural changes that come about as the bump grows over time.
She will then work with her clients to get them back to where they want to be usually 6/8 weeks after giving birth.
Lily will always do a diastasis check before starting any workout plan so she can assess how to proceed in the way that is best for them.
Lily has had many years of experience working with pre and post natal clients and has gained knowledge through further courses, working with highly experienced pre and post natal trainers and also working closely with pelvic health physiotherapists.
Lily will offer the option of referring her clients to pelvic health physios if she feels it would be of help to them. She will then continue to work closely with the physio so they can get the best out of their clients.
Workout plans can be provided for days in between training sessions or for when clients are away.

Lily qualified as a level 3 personal trainer in 2005 whilst she was show jumping internationally.
Since then she has worked in the UK and Australia helping clients achieve their individual goals in South West London and Suffolk.
